2. Scope of Services

We offer three categories of offerings:

Legal-Tech Services: Custom consultations, document automation, and platform integrations for IT enterprises.
Info Products: E-guides, templates, and training modules delivered digitally.
Goods: Physical items such as printed manuals or branded hardware.

3. Service Access and Usage

All services are delivered subject to availability and at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with any usage rules communicated by us.

4. Payment Terms

Fees and billing cycles are specified in your invoice or order confirmation. All charges are due upon invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 General Refund Procedures

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it to the original payment channel within fourteen (14) days of approval. You may request a refund or reschedule through our contact form. We will notify you upon completion of the process.

5.2 Legal-Tech Services

Consultations and custom integrations may be rescheduled once without charge if you notify us at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Refunds for scheduled services are available if cancellation occurs at least seventy-two (72) hours before the agreed date. After that window, fees cover our preparatory work and are non-refundable.

5.3 Info Products

Digital products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if less than 20% of content has been accessed or downloaded. If usage exceeds this threshold, the purchase is deemed complete and non-refundable.

5.4 Goods

Physical items may be returned in original condition within thirty (30) days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

5.5 Exceptions

Certain offerings (for example, expedited legal reviews or time-sensitive filings) are expressly non-refundable due to the immediate commitment of resources. We will clearly note any non-refundable service at the time of purchase and explain the reason for such policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on our site and in our materials are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
